Registration for the 2025 AUA Innovation Nexus Conference is now open!

Registration Rates: AUA members receive a discounted registration rate! Learn about becoming a member to take advantage of this benefit before registering for the Innovation Nexus Conference. Membership applications must be submitted and completed by April 1, 2025, to qualify.

  • AUA Members: $199.00 USD
  • Non-Members: $600.00 USD
  • Conference Speakers (e.g., Showcase, Emerging Concept, Reverse Pitch, Panelists, etc.) or Sponsors: Contact AUANexus@auanet.org for assistance before registering.

NOTE: There is no registration reduction between the 2025 AUA Annual Meeting and the 2025 AUA Innovation Nexus Conference. The events are separate and involve separate registration fees and processes.

Registration Process: Regardless of AUA membership status or registration type, all attendees must use an AUA ID in order to register. An AUA ID does not constitute AUA membership, and there is no cost to receive one. If you are not an AUA member and need to receive an AUA ID, it can be requested from the registration page using the email of the intended registration (i.e., administrators should not use their own email addresses to register others). Please allow up to 24 hours after requesting an AUA ID to receive it via email. If you are attempting to register multiple individuals in one session, we recommend gathering all AUA IDs for the individuals involved before beginning the registration order. All fields marked required in the online form must be completed in order to register.

Attendee Information Sharing: To encourage post-Conference networking, attendee contact information may be shared after the Conference concludes. Registrants who do not wish for their contact information (e.g., name, email, and institution/company) must indicate this preference during the registration process. Attendee information may also be used by the American Urological Association and its vendors assisting in conference operations to send you information and materials concerning the 2025 AUA Innovation Nexus Conference and similar programs offered by the AUA. Consent to these information sharing parameters may be revoked any time after registration by contacting the AUA at CustomerService@AUAnet.org.

Housing: Requests to reserve a hotel can be submitted at the link below. The Innovation Nexus Conference shares housing requests with the hotels involved in the 2025 AUA Annual Meeting. Day-of Registration: Attendees must be registered and paid in full to participate in the Innovation Nexus Conference. Attendees without an Innovation Nexus Conference badge on site will be required to provide proof of registration to the 2025 Innovation Nexus Conference (e.g., not the 2025 AUA Annual Meeting) or register to enter. Cashless (e.g., credit card) registration may be available the day of the meeting up to 12 p.m. PST. However, AUA cannot guarantee space will be available.

Registration Changes/Cancellations: Registrations are not transferable; name substitutions to other individuals are not permitted in advance of or on the day of the Conference. To cancel or alter your registration to the AUA Innovation Nexus Conference, you must submit a written request on or before March 28, 2025. Cancellation or partial refund requests received by this date will be honored, less a $100 administrative processing fee. No refunds will be honored on requests received on or after March 29, 2025. Please allow four to six weeks to process your refund. Anyone registering after March 28, 2025, and wishing to cancel or reduce their registration at a later date will receive no refund on any part of their registration fees.
